Jessica is a native Nevadan specializing in state and local government relations since 2005. Jessica has built strong bipartisan relationships with policymakers and staff throughout local, state and federal government. She brings a customized experience to all clients targeting their specific needs and providing creative solutions for all challenges. Jessica is known for her honesty and work ethic; she strongly believes in leading her team and clients with a steady hand.
Prior to Ferrato Co., Jessica served as government relations director for a Fortune 500 health care company, where she ran public affairs throughout Nevada, Idaho and Utah. She started her career in Nevada at the Griffin Crowley Group as a policy analyst and advanced to the vice president.
Jessica was born and raised in Reno and graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Business Administration. Aside from work, her favorite role is being mom to her daughter, Lucia, and wife to her husband, Lance; Jessica loves spending her free time on a lake or reading a good book.

While Northern Nevada is not her hometown, Paige has grown to love this state from urban cores to traveling throughout rural Nevada.
Paige has worked for Ferrato Co. since 2017. Prior to joining the team, Paige interned at kglobal, a public relations firm in Washington, D.C. She is our resident policy nerd and data analyst. She loves all things numbers, including voter registration and government budgeting, and all things data, including GIS mapping to advance policy solutions. When not crunching numbers, Paige enjoys watching baseball, reading a book and skiing on fresh snow.

Keibi Mejia was raised in Reno. In 2021, she graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a Bachelor of Arts in political science and international affairs. Through the Pack Internship Grant Program, Keibi started as an intern with Ferrato Co. during the 2021 legislative session. She exceled in legislative policy work and was hired full-time in January 2022.
Prior to joining Ferrato Co., Keibi interned for U.S. Senator Catherine Cortez Masto and U.S. Senator Jacky Rosen. Keibi is bilingual in Spanish and English. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking a good meal and watching true crime documentaries.
Our Interns
Ferrato Co. has partnered with the University of Nevada, Reno via the Pack Internship Grant Program since 2018. Prior to that, we hired interns directly from the Nevada System of Higher Education’s campuses for our internships. We hire individuals of diverse educational and professional backgrounds. During the internship, employees gain experience attending state and local public meetings and writing policy reports. At Ferrato Co., we foster an environment of growth and curiosity. We set professional growth goals with all interns and build their experience at Ferrato Co. accordingly. Our interns have gone on to work in public policy and government jobs across the state and nation or gone on to pursue postgraduate education. We are honored to partner with the Nevada System of Higher Education to provide college students experience at a local public affairs firm.
