Ferrato Co. Announces the Promotion of Paige Barnes
We are excited to announce the promotion of Paige Barnes to the director of public policy beginning July 2023. Paige has worked at The Ferrato Company for more than 6 years and, over that time, has built strong relationships with clients and policymakers alike. She has become our resident policy wonk and discovered her love for data analytics.
Paige began with The Ferrato Company as an intern while she was completing her bachelor’s degree in journalism. In 2017, she was hired full-time as a policy analyst shortly after graduating. She was promoted to public affairs manager in 2019 and took on additional responsibilities, including employee management, and began to work more directly with clients. While working full-time, Paige completed a master’s in public administration at the University of Nevada, Reno graduating in 2021. Prior to her work with The Ferrato Company, Paige was a research association for a public relations firm, kglobal.
In her new role, Paige will take on more responsibility in policy development, lobbying, client services and employee management. Paige is an integral part of this team, and we are thrilled for the expansion of her position.
